Primary Responsibilities:

  • Supports the US sales team in the execution of sales strategy to drive US and global sales objective

  • Responsible for handling all EE RSTS leads that come in through Web or CRM

  • Works in a professional and collaborative manner with all other company departments and staff

     

Specifically These Responsibilities Are To:

  • Under direction of the Director of Business Manager collects industry and customer information/data as required for team or management

  • Actively involved in qualifying/developing & closing web leads via phone and email contact.

  • Sell services to small to mid-size accounts, assigned by web leads or by Manager

  • Help manage the testing for each new client that comes through the US lab - specifically focus on Chemical testing performed in our New Jersey Laboratory.

  • Account development and Account Management

  • Prepare Proposals, SOPs, Manuals for new clients and maintain templates

  • Coordinate all information necessary to complete local Request For Information (RFI)s, Request for Proposals (RFP), Request for Quote( RFQ) under the direction of Sales Manager or Sales leader

  • Gathers/maintains key competitive information (pricing/programs/marketing communication) and develops reports/presentations for local/global teams.

  • Attends industry and trade show events in support of lead generation and prospecting

  • Data entry, maintain job folders and filing.

  • Other duties assigned as necessary in response to business needs.

  • University graduate or equivalent educational background

  • 2+ years of commercial experience in a multinational organization

  • Strong written and spoken English skills, other languages will be an advantage

  • Persuasive, diplomatic, but always to the point and a strong ability to sell a concept.

  • Hands-on, open-minded, proactive team player

  • Two or more years of administrative or operational experience, familiarity with data entry.

  • Strong Microsoft Office- Word, Strong Excel, and Outlook specifically.

  • Some knowledge of the sciences

  • Willingness to learn and advance in a more challenging role

  • Attention to detail and the ability to push forward with little direction.
