Primary Responsibilities:
• Responsible for the day to day activities in relation to the set up and maintenance of accounts (i.e., clients, vendors, suppliers).

Specifically These Responsibilities Are To:
• Sets up Accounts for clients, vendors, or suppliers as necessary
• Manages all the Credit cards payments and reconciliations of those (Visa, MasterCard and AMEX)
• Mails checks out to the Lock Box
• Assist corporate Finance by identifying payments received without backup documentation by calling clients when needed.
• Investigate and research for payment not been applied on client’s accounts.
• Filling checks and credit cards adjustments.
• Run Credit Applications-Bank and trade references
• Assist the A/R Team mailing out monthly statements when needed.
• Assisting customers in resolving discrepancies on invoices and quotations.
• Printing and sending invoices and copy of statements out to clients and SGS staff when needed.
• Update addresses and contact names on return to sender Monthly Statements
• Develop as backup for the collection team
• Assist the Collection Manager with review of internal credits when needed.
• Process refunds and write offs

Profile of the position (Requirements & Qualifications):
• High School Diploma / GED
• Accounts Receivable knowledge required
• Excellent computer skills (Word, Excel, etc.)
• Must have knowledge of Oracle Financial background/ experience.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to multi-task and be highly organized
• Strong organizational & interpersonal skills; and the ability to meet deadlines and prioritize responsibilities
• Being able to handle high volume of adjustments, and be the point of contact between clients and internal staff
