SGS LabTox SA, located in Nidau, is a leading laboratory in Switzerland in the analysis of building toxics (asbestos research in bulk materials and air samples). We are recruiting an:

 
ADMINISTRATIVE COORDINATOR


The administrative coordinator will support the SGS LabTox entity in its day to day back-office administrative tasks and reception and will report to the Laboratory Operations Manager, SGS LabTox SA.

 

Specific responsibilities

  • Handle all back-office activities

  • Ensure daily phone follow up with clients

  • Prepare, control, register and send out invoices to customers

  • Provide administrative support to operations activities

  • Liaise with the laboratory supervisor to coordinate the activities

  • Support the organization of events such as trainings of externals

  • Maintain databases
  • Assist and work on various projects apart from main activities

  • Filing and archiving





Profile 

  • CFC “Employé de Commerce”
  • 2 years experience
  • Good command of MS Office tools and MS Outlook

 

Required skills


  • Fluent in French and German, Italian and/or English are a plus
  • Reliable, flexible and accurate
  • Team oriented
  • Customer focused
  • Good communication skills (oral and written)
  • Influences Internally & Externally
