This is an Auckland based role to provide general administration duties to the AFL - Food Auditing business. Duties will include:
  • Back up as required to collate audit information sent in by auditors, review, format and forward to the nominated “file reviewer” for acceptance.  Follow up with reviewer and auditor to ensure KPI’s are met
  • Ensure that all correspondence is clear, concise and accurate
  • Back up as required to assist with uploading audit report information to customer database
  • Back up as required to assist with the preparation of existing and new client proposals; follow up on and answer any questions arising from those proposals
  • Enter auditor travel/accommodation requests into SGS Approval Database
  • Make travel and accommodation reservations for auditors or other staff as requested
  • Ensure all client files and/or records are up to date at all times
  • Assist, as required, with monitoring auditor qualifications and ensuring registrations are current and match any audit they are scheduled for
  • Assist with the preparation and maintenance of the schedule of upcoming audits
  • Ensure all activities are carried out with regard to and recognition of Health and Safety requirements and personal safety
  • Undertake all other relevant work requests relevant to your position

Required Skills and Profile:
  • Proficient use of MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and Sharepoint
  • Demonstrated effective report/proposal writing
  • Focus on customer service
  • Clear verbal and written communication skills
  • Numeracy skills
  • Current and full New Zealand drivers licence
  • Proven experience in administration
  • Ability to prioritise and meet deadlines
  • Able to demonstrate initiative, be proactive and implement change
  • Ability to communicate at all levels and build relationships
  • Flexible, enthusiastic person with a sense of urgency and well-developed customer service skills and experience
  • Proven interpersonal skills
  • A flexible and adaptable attitude
  • Ability to work unsupervised
