YOUR PROFILE
 
Essential
  • Business development or account management experience within managed learning services or commercial training
  • Demonstrated skill in working with different levels & types of customer groups and influencing key decision makers
  • Track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Ability to segment & prioritise accounts and customers based on business potential, focusing contact/frequency accordingly
  • Able to use consultative selling to identify and build customer needs, tailoring messages to the customer to enable them to make informed decisions on their internal competency frameworks
  • Identify key customers within accounts and clarify individual influences on buying decisions, tailoring solutions to meet the specific needs of each party.
  • You know how to build true partnerships. You are someone who doesn’t just take orders- you explore, challenge and do what’s right for the business
  • Extremely professional and polished written and presentation skills
  • Minimum of secondary level education with grade A-C passes levels in English & Maths (or equivalent)

 
Desirable
 

  • Knowing the latest L&D thinking, challenging yourself and others to be adapt to innovative ways of learning. Be ready to let go of a ‘learning only takes place in the classroom’ mindset.
  • Someone who knows digital and what this means for learning
  • Expert in the training field
  • Previous line mangement experience
  • Industry background suitable to maximise sales
  • Sales related training
