Professional Education preferably in the area of automobile dealers or comparable experience in an automotive environment.

Knowledge and experience of processes within an automotive dealership, including the sales and repair service process.
Understanding of the layout of dealership facilities and basic processes (sales, aftersales, repair).
Experience in Automotive Standards and OEM Requirements to dealers of advantage.
Experiences in testing and /or auditing processes and systems, preferably at automotive dealers.
Knowledge of legal situation and business related processes in workshops and the relation between AR’s and OEMs.
Have six years full time appropriate practical experience in an organization, meeting the applicability of the Transportation Industry.

Organizational and record-keeping skills.
Sales skills.
Can manage conflicting situations with senior management of business partners in a professional way.

Employs fair and data driven argumentation.
Strong service orientation, communication skills and professional appearance and behaviour.
Self motivated working also in unsupervised mode such as home office or remote work location, target driven.
Fluent in English and other South African languages will be advantageous. Can describe complex situation in clear words and express in a professional language.
Good knowledge of MS EXCEL and other MS office applications, as well as mail and standard internet application.
This is a field position requiring extensive travel (> 70%)Good communication and Interpersonal skills
Self-sufficient and able to work on their own.
