Primary Responsibilities:


 Generating leads and efficiently keeping in regular contact with existing prospects
 Presenting to senior management to provide up-to-date developments in the consumer products industry and agency market
 Identifying new market areas for expansion and development
 Developing a targeted long-term new business strategy
 May be assigned an annual sales target in addition to sales management responsibilities.

Specifically These Responsibilities Are To:


 Work with management team to identify and evaluate new market, new target clients
 Develops business plans and sales strategies, Initiates and coordinates development of action plans to penetrate new markets
 Work with management team to develop and implement strategic sales plan
 Identify and evaluate specific new profitable business opportunities
 Achieve own sales target and lead team to achieve team target and/or overall company target
 Initiate and complete proposals and presentation for new business opportunities
 Work with internal teams to deliver outstanding presentation to capture profitable business opportunity
 To maintain an excellent client relationship with existing and potential client
 Responsible for preparation and distribution of all monthly and weekly reporting: Financial, sales reports, other company-wide communication
 Responsible for driving continuous improvement of sales staff competencies and skills
 Assists in the development and implementation of marketing plans as needed
 Conducts one-on-one quarterly reviews with all Sales staff to build more effective communications, to understand training and development needs, and to provide for the improvement of sales staff and performance
 Adheres to all company policies, procedures and business ethics codes and ensures that they are communicated and implemented within the team
 Drives to meet personal revenue targets for assigned accounts
 Monitors competitive activity and pricing
 Other tasks as assigned by management in support of business needs.

Profile:

 University graduate or equivalent educational background
 5+ years of commercial experience in a multinational organization
 International business exposure in imported consumer products
 Strong written and spoken English skills, other languages will be an advantage
 Travel Requirements Up to 25 % or as needed.
 Strong people leadership skills to drive sales teams
 Proven selling skills and achievements

Skills:

 Supply Chain Systems knowledge and experience in consumer products
 Proactive approach to implementing and customizing strategic commercial   solutions
 Strategic perspective; ability to communicate with internal and client senior level management
 Creative thinking skills to allow development of innovative solutions to solve customer requirements
 Highly motivated, dependable, and detail oriented
 Strong communication and organizational skills
 Proven analytical and problem solving abilities, commercially savvy
 Persuasive, diplomatic, but always to the point and a strong ability to sell a concept.
 Strong analytical skills to be able to identify trends in client market and SGS services
 Well organized, efficient with proven follow through skills
 Computer literacy (creating, filing, saving/uploading, searching, backup, etc.).
 Proficient in Microsoft suite (Word, Excel, Access, Power Point, and Outlook).
