Skills / Experience:


·         Experience of working as part of a team.

·         Previous experience of working in a clerical/administrative environment.

·         Customer Service experience.

·         Willingness to learn and develop skills.

·         Experience of using spreadsheets and databases.

·         Ability to demonstrate attention to detail.

·         Ability to make decisions when in contact with clients in what could be stressful situations.

·         Ability to arrange workload and prioritise tasks.

·         Effective interpersonal and communication skills.

·         Able to demonstrate a willingness to learn and adapt flexibility to change.

·         General understanding of motor vehicles.

·         Computer and keyboard skills including all MS Office applications and MS Excel.




·         GCSE A*-C (or equivalent) in Mathematics and English.

·         PC skills.
