  • Numerically competent with good attention to detail and problem solving skills
  • Ability to communicate at all levels of an organisation
  • Ability to handle and interpret complex information
  • Ability to work under own initiative to achieve assigned tasks
  • Minimum of secondary level education or equivalent with minimum A to C pass levels in English & Maths

  • Previous experience in a customer services (internal or external) / sales environment
  • Previous experience of working in a highly procedural environment
  • Educated to A-Level standard.
