Main Purpose of Role
  • To process packs in Certnet/Applaudd
  • Invoicing
  • Issuing certificates
  • Review of the documents according to provided Work Intructions
  • To perform administration tasks in an efficient and accurate manner.
Key Accountabilities
  • To ensure all audit packs are checked and processed on Certnet and Applaudd
  • To deal with queries on e-pac on a daily basis to ensure packs are processed in a timely manner.
  • Generate Certificates once Certification Decision is complete
  • To update the Certnet system according to audit packs
  • To ensure client visit dates are received in accordance with the planning schedule and are accurately entered onto the Certnet system.
  • To process cancellations, suspensions and withdrawals in the systems
  • Update the external databases.
  • At all times, adopt a safe behaviour by exercising due regard for the health and safety of yourself, colleagues and clients, in line with the Company’s policies and procedures.
  • Ensure full compliance with the Company’s Code of Integrity.
