Education and Experience
  • High School diploma or equivalent AND
  • 5+ years of experience in automotive retail industry, specifically selling solutions to new/used car sales managers at an Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) branded dealership environment

OR equivalent combination of education and experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in combination with experience outlined above.
Licenses and Certifications
  • Valid driving license
Knowledge / Skills / Abilities
  • Language Skills: English - written and verbal - Advanced level of knowledge required
  • Mathematical Skills: Intermediate level required
  • Reasoning Skills/Abilities: Advanced level required
  • Computer Skills: MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) – Intermediate user proficiency required
  • A “Hunter” with entrepreneurial, open-minded, service-oriented and driven mindset
  • Has demonstrated abilities for sales, presented in a consultative/advisory approach; asking probing questions, listening, identifying a problem, presenting/demonstrating a solution, collaborating internally and ultimately, willing closing the deal with the client
  • Negotiation and persuasion skills
  • Is coachable and willing to listen and adapt to new ideas and ways of doing business
  • Is professional, presentable and approachable
  • Demonstrates a high degree of integrity
  • Ability to handle multiple competing priorities across departments and operating units through effective resource management
  • Extensive domestic travel within assigned territory required
  • Travels up to 90% of time
