PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
 

The primary objective of the Financial Reporting Specialist role is to support the Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) Team in all aspect of data mining and report production.

 

This position is part of the Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) team responsible for defining and maintaining a best in class analytical financial framework, for measuring the performance of the company by analysing actual, plan and benchmark data and for preparing sound and meaningful management reports.

 

REPORTING LINE

 
  • Reporting to the Group FP&A Director, this position has no direct reports

  • This position will also have a dotted line reporting to the Senior FP&A Analyst who will be managing priorities and output quality

 
SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES
 
  • Develop and maintain automated reporting package as required by the FP&A team

  • Produce monthly analysis files to support the Group and Business performance management, budgeting and forecasting

  • Maintain and automatize the KPI reporting using existing data architecture

  • Produce business specifics financial reports (temporary)

  • Support ad hoc requests requiring the consolidation of information included in the BI Tools or any other sources (e.g. excel received from countries)

  • Update, on a monthly basis, financial information such as procurement savings, capex codes etc

PROFILE
 
  • Education : finance or technical degree with minimum 3 years of working experience
  • Expert knowledge of Excel is a presequisite
  • Understand or has experience in the use of BI tools (Essbase an advantage)
  • Knowledge of management accounting / planning and control practices
