Primary Responsibilities:


Manage and expand the company’s business profile in Global Packaging industry.
Reports to Vice President Global Hardlines
Presenting to senior management up-to-date developments in the consumer products industry and packaging industries and future business leads.  
Identifying new market areas for expansion and development of business acquisitions and opportunities.
Take the lead on pricing strategy (globally), ultimate decision making for major accounts.  
Generating leads and efficiently keeping in regular contact with existing prospects and new business
Develop targeted long-term business strategy for investments (globally) and determine targets 
Contribute to acquisitions targets; identification and evaluation
 Support sales, key account managers, whilst visiting major accounts (new and existing)
 Collaborate with Marketing Team, provide guidance on marketing initiatives and support tools 
Responsible to achieve global sales targets

Specifically These Responsibilities Are To:


Work with management team to identify and evaluate new market, new target clients
Develops business plans and sales strategies, Initiates and coordinates development of action plans to penetrate new markets 
Work with management team to develop and implement strategic sales plan
Identify and evaluate specific new profitable business opportunities
Achieve own sales target and lead team to achieve team target and/or overall company target
 Initiate and complete proposals and presentation for new business opportunities
Work with internal teams to deliver outstanding presentation to capture profitable business opportunity
To maintain an excellent client relationship with existing and potential client
 Responsible for preparation and distribution of all monthly and weekly reporting: Financial, sales reports, other company-wide communication
Responsible for driving continuous improvement of sales staff competencies and skills
Adheres to all company policies, procedures and business ethics codes and ensures that they are communicated and implemented within the team 
Monitors competitive activity and pricing 
Other tasks as assigned by management in support of business needs

Profile:


University graduate or equivalent educational background
10+ years of commercial experience in a multinational organization
 International business exposure with consumer products a plus
 Strong written and spoken English skills, other languages will be an advantage
 Travel Requirements Up to 25 % or as needed. 
Strong people leadership skills to drive sales teams

Proactive approach to implementing and customizing strategic commercial solutions 
Strategic perspective; ability to communicate with internal and client senior level management 
Creative thinking skills to allow development of innovative solutions to solve customer requirements 
Highly motivated, dependable, and detail oriented
Strong communication and organizational skills                                                 Proven analytical and problem-solving abilities, commercially savvy
Strong analytical skills to be able to identify trends in client market and SGS services
Proficient in Microsoft suite (Word, Excel, Access, Power Point, and Outlook).
