Job Title: Global Resourcing Apprentice

Job Type: Apprenticeship

Hours: 37.5 per week

Job Location: Camberley

Salary: £6.73 per hour


As a Global Resourcing Apprenticeyou will work closely with the global recruitment and resourcing specialists’ to seek hard to find candidates for corporate and strategic positions across SGS’s ten business lines and multiple support functions. Working as part of the Global HR team, you will learn everything you need to know to become about recruitment using social media and other techniques to help recruit talent for a variety of different positions.


Key Accountabilities


·         Building a strong network and community using social media

·         Think out of the box and prepare job adverts 

·         Become the hiring manager’s go-to person for all things linked to sourcing;

·         Engage with other members of the SGS community to gain an understanding of other HR functions and how a HR unit operates;

·         Undertake admin such as diary management and interview organization and other tasks; as directed by the line manager, and handle applications via email and upload these to the recruitment system;

·    Must be extremely organised.

·    Excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word.

·    Ability to work effectively on your own initiative or as part of a team.

·    Excellent attention to detail while working to tight deadlines.

·    Able to work flexibly, learn quickly and adapt to changing demands and priorities.

·    Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, including the ability to deal with colleagues at various levels within the organisation.

·    Ability to see things from the customers point of view and ensure they receive a professional, friendly, quick and accurate service at all times.

·    Educated to GCSE level or equivalent with grades A*-C in English Language and Maths.
