Job Summary:
The Human Resources Coordinator provides day-to-day administrative support for a Human Resources function. Enters and maintains HR related data; prints, copies and files documents; prepares basic reports; schedules appointments; assists with various HR projects.

Primary Responsibilities:
  • Conducts general clerical duties, supporting the Human Resource department activities.
  • Maintains and tracks HR data and metrics.
  • Ensures accuracy of data in company HR systems.
  • Audits monthly reports and submits changes for employee data.
  • Works with Payroll team to resolved pay issues.
  • Completes various filing and data entry tasks.
  • May maintain calendar, schedule appointments, meetings and conferences, print, copy and file documents, prepare basic reports.
  • Welcomes new employees to the organization by coordinating pre-employment screenings, new hire orientation and new hire paperwork.
  • Assists with processing of employment status changes.
  • Receives, screens and forwards for resolution to the HR Department telephone calls, faxes, and e-mail messages.
  • May assist with exit interviews.
  • Assists with various HR research projects and/or special projects.

Education, Required Skills & Competencies:
  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • 2+ years of clerical or administrative experience
  • Intermediate level English language proficiency required
  • Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) – intermediate level user proficiency required
  • Awareness of one or more applicant tracking systems preferred
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Strong customer service focus
