Ideal Candidate:


• Education: College education 3 year or equivalent
• Experience: 1 - 3 years of previous working experience in an Administrative, Data Entry or Financial related role is required.
• Organizational, communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
• Accurate data entry.
• Proficient in using various types of computer software (Oracle, Word, Excel. PowerPoint, Outlook, BOSS/Oracle is a plus, etc).
• Proven ability to manage and coordinate multiple projects in a fast-paced, highly professional environment.
• Demonstrates excellent verbal and written communication skills including grammar and composition.
• Ability to work well with others & independently.
• Proven time management skills and a strong attention to detail.
• Works well under pressure.
• Ensures full compliance with the company’s Health & Safety, Code of Integrity, and Professional Conduct policies.
