Responsible for supporting Cosmetics Personal Care & Household (CPCH) Laboratory coordination activities and report typing.

Duties/Responsibilites:


• Sample Reception, Review and Logging
• Coordination of Sample distribution and shipping
• Filing, Storage and related administrative tasks
• Sample Reception, Review and Logging
• Generate a test report by transposing data such as numbers and words from various formats to compile a word document along with adding test requirements for pass/fail determination.
• Follow established program requirements.
• Create and revise report templates.
• Print test reports.
• Email test reports to clients.
• Upload Test Reports to various databases.
• Works with Lab Technical Team on review of Job Order.
• Enters orders in Execution System.
• Ensure proper documentation of order meets testing and QA requirements.
• Enters orders in Execution System.
• Delivers orders to the laboratory for execution.
• Able to support the lab operations in various types of administrative tasks.

Profile:

 

• Strong ability to adjust and adapt to a high-paced and dynamic environment.
• Experience in an administrative capacity.
• Must be able to communicate effectively in English, speak, read and write.
• Competent in Microsoft Office- Word, Excel, and Outlook specifically. Also, having experience with Sharepoint and LIMS-type database.

Skills:

 

 • Language Skills: Ability to read and understand documents such as test procedures, literature references, safety rules, operation and maintenance instructions and manuals. Ability to write in conventional, professional and scientific manner in preparing routine reports and correspondence. Ability to speak effectively to customers or employees of the organization.
• Self-starter in managing workload based on criteria such as urgency of task and following schedules.
• Able to assess daily workload, prioritize activities and handle multiple inputs of information.
• Able to work with other team members.
• Flexibility towards learning new things.
