PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
 
  • Develop and support implementation of pricing improvement initiatives across Regions & Businesses
  • Facilitate development of materials & best practices, and conduct trainings
  • Review progresses of strategic actions to support the achievement of the 2020 Plan
  • Develop and sustain awareness with proper communication to internal stakeholders
  • Act as a change agent to improve pricing management
 
REPORTING LINE
 
  • Reporting to Group Finance / Pricing Team (full-time role based in Europe)
 
SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES
 
  • Work with Regions, Businesses & Functions to identify, scope and validate new pricing opportunities to improve profitability of the SGS Group (supported by business cases)
  • Maintain contacts with EVPs, COOs and SVPs to increase the awareness for pricing initiatives
  • Support the implementation of pricing initiatives and monitor progresses (KPIs)
  • Ensure completion of deliverable and adherence to timelines including tracking milestones
  • At all times, comply with the SGS Code of Integrity and Professional Conduct
PROFILE
 
  • MBA with a proven experience in pricing management (including pricing improvement initiatives with external expertise), strategy development and business operations (P&L management)
  • Experience in managing innovation processes and advising management, in multi-cultural environments
  • Good understanding of SGS organization
  • Solid track record of operational results
  • 10 years business experience in operations, consulting and finance
