Job Summary:
The Sourcing Analyst is responsible for managing supplier, collecting and analyzing data related to the products and services of the company.

Primary Responsibilities:
  • Manage Supplier Portal on-boarding process.
  • Define supplier portal list of suppliers to on-board.
  • Work with identified suppliers and explain the portal through marketing communications.
  • Obtain supplier contact information and specific details required for the supplier portal and validate.
  • Manage and coordinate the readiness of suppliers.
  • Review reporting from supplier portal and validate supplier portal acceptance.
  • Communicate to the business once a supplier is fully on-boarded.
  • Oversee portal testing phase for potential roadblocks.
  • Develop and deliver spend reporting and analysis.
  • Create, develop and deliver monthly supplier spend analytics reporting utilizing standard templates and creating custom spend reporting templates.
  • Assist in creating RFx events.
Additional Responsibilities:
  • Develop adhoc spend reports based on Procurement requests.
  • Continuous improvement and enhancement of reporting templates and delivery.
  • Data cleansing- constantly cleanse all iProcurement Oracle data to ensure accuracy and completeness.
  • Work with sourcing team and other internal customers to ensure internal Procurement Service Level Commitments are met.
  • Perform all other duties as required by sourcing team, including Special Projects.

Education & Required Skills:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business or Supply Chain Management
  • Minimum 5 years of experience OR equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Mathematical Skills: Intermediate /Highest level of knowledge required
  • Computer Skills: Oracle and Microsoft Excel. Analysis and Problem Solving-ability to analyze and resolve business issues through the application of critical thinking, reasoning and general business experience.
  • Team work – commitment to working collaboratively to achieve business goals and building cohesiveness.
