Ideal Candidate:

• A minimum of a high school diploma (or equivalent) is required.
• A post-secondary education (degree and/or diploma) in a Science related program (Chemistry, Biochemistry, Environmental Science) is a strong asset.
• 1 – 3 years experience in change request, corrective actions, compliance improvements and Quality Maangement System
• Must be able to read, understand and follow work instructions in a safe, accurate and timely manner.
• Candidates must be proficient in using various types of computer software (Word, Excel. PowerPoint & Outlook).
• Proven ability to manage and coordinate multiple projects in a fast-paced, highly professional environment.
• Candidates must demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication skills including grammar and composition.
• Ability to work well with others & independently.
• Proven time management skills and a strong attention to detail.
• Ability to facilitate meetings which arrive with corrective action plan and are effective
• Works well under pressure and with people under pressure.
• Extended hours and shift work may be required from time to time.
• Ensures full compliance with the company’s Health & Safety, Code of Integrity, and Professional Conduct policies.
• Appropriate attitude, constant vigilance, attention to details
• Candidates must be proficient in using various types of computer software (Word, Excel. PowerPoint & Outlook, share-point).
• Knowledge of science in pharmaceutical testing, specifications
• Ability to interpret, analyze enties for correctness and draw logical conclusions is required.
• A willingness to learn new tasks as they come to the role.
• Must be highly motivated, organized and able to work effectively and efficiently in a demanding environment
• The incumbent must be capable of concentrating in the current working environment set up and be flexible to changing priorities in order to meet the required turn around time while working together as a team player with peers, laboratory personnel and Department Heads on a regular basis.
