Preferred background: 
  1. Position in sales with third-party quality/testing companies; Restricted Substance Testing experience a plus but other areas of sales is still welcomed
  2. Position in regulatory compliance area for an electronics manufacturer responsible for areas such as Product Compliance, Engineering, Product Certifications, etc.  
  3. Chemical testing or sales background is a strong asset.  General knowledge of chemistry or related sciences is needed.
  • Highly motivated; self managed and responsible to targets and goals.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies and plans to expand business within assigned territory; maintain a pipeline of opportunities to meet or exceed sales objectives
  • Ability to establish effective working and team relationships with internal and external customers, works in a collaborative manner.
  • Ability to interface with supply chain senior managers and other customer structures.
  • Capable of building trust, value others and communicate effectively.
  • Customer focused, high integrity, excellent work ethic.
  • Strong communication, presentation and organizational skills.
  • Must be able and willing to travel to customer locations throughout the US and assigned territory.  Travel could be 50-75% of the time. 
  • Customer focused.
  • Position can be located remotely in the United States and may or may not be required to report to the nearest office.  
  • All areas of US are welcomed to apply however the western US region is preferred but not required.
    • Proven sales performer in the Industry.
    • Strong people skills, including cross-cultural sensitivities.
    • Ability to work effectively with internal customer teams.
    • Proven analytical and problem solving abilities.
    • 4 Year Degree in Business or Sciences or industry experience is required
    • Strong written and spoken English skills, other languages skills a strong plus.
    • Persuasive, diplomatic, but always to the point; strong ability to sell a concept.
    • Hands-on, open-minded, proactive team player
    • Must be proficient in Microsoft Office products, specifically PowerPoint, Word, Excel, and Outlook.
