PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

SGS, the world's leading inspection, verification, testing and certification company decided to support customers in the GDPR implementation, proposing solutions to facilitate the understanding of the regulation, the implementation of the different GDPR requirements through online management system.

Joining GDPRonline project you will be part of fast-paced, innovative and out-of-the box thinking team,  which objective is to develop new -  Digital & Innovative business opportunities inside of SGS.

Your primary responsibilities will be to:

  • Participate in new functionalities development projects using SalesForce point-and-click capabilities
  • Work closely with Project development team and PM to ensure the features that are delivered meet business and quality requirements
  • Troubleshoot and fix production issues related to system configuration
  • Communicate with Development team regarding code related issues
  • Provide day-to-day end-user support (Level 3) for internal and customer users

 SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES:

The job includes the following main tasks:

  • Develop a solid understanding of business processes
  • Participating in updating the application through configuration following team’s release management practice
  • Conduct Salesforce application testing
  • Administrate user access (create users, reinit passwords, grant rights)
  • Data management (solid experience in Dataloader usage) and deep understanding of data model
  • Environment management (refresh sandbox, load data, grant user access)
  • Advanced configuration management (complex workflow, process builders, Snap-in chats, Translation settings, Community Builder, Customer Community Sharing Model)
  • Provide day-to-day end-user support – troubleshoot, correct and communicate to Dev team
  • Building reports
  • Translating business requirements into point-and-click configuration
  • Other duties as assigned

PROFILE:

  • Strong Problem solving skills
  • Able to work independently
  • Must have the ability to juggle and prioritize multiple requests for information
  • You must have a bias for detailed, accurate data
  • Strong team player
  • Experience with working in an environment with several actors and a formal release management with several environments
  • SalesForce certified
  • Self-motivated

REQUIRED SKILLS:

  • Bachelor's degree
  • At least 2-3 years of experience with Salesforce configuration and administration
  • Hands-on experience with Service Cloud including console, knowledge and live agent
  • Community Cloud knowledge: community builder, community visibility rules
  • Experience with advanced workflows, Time-base workflows, complex process builders
  • Understanding of SalesForce data model
  • Basic understanding of SalesForce development capabilities to facilitate communication with developers
  • Effectively communicates technical information in a clear and concise manner
