Job Summary:

This position is responsible for interviewing, testing and referring applicants for high volume and/or hard-to-fill professional, administrative and management positions throughout the company.


Primary Responsibilities:

  • Recruits, screens and interviews potential employees for a high volume, and/or complex positions, including managerial and executive roles.
  • Works with a variety of external and internal sources, employment and advertising agencies to find the best candidates for open positions.
  • Responsible for identification, assessment and development of candidate pools for vacancies by utilizing various sourcing strategies and techniques.
  • Ensures that qualified candidates for posted vacancies have been identified; negotiates conditions of the job offers within company policy (compensation, vacation, etc.), extends verbal and written contingent job offers.
  • Conducts orientation of new employees.
  • Leads assigned recruitment projects (Taleo clean up, Onboarding, etc.).
  • Maintains strong relationships with hiring managers and HR community to ensure a clear understanding of company direction.
  • Serves as a subject matter expert and provides training to new hiring managers, recruiters and recruitment coordinators.
  • Identifies issues and possible solutions with current applicant tracking system (ATS), assists with testing fixes or modifications.
  • May conduct job fairs.
  • Attends job fairs, meetings, seminars, workshops, and/or conferences to stay a breast in the talent acquisition trends, best practices and techniques.
  • Adheres to internal standards, policies and procedures.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.

  • Ability to work independently and under the pressure handling multiple tasks, changing priorities, and tight deadlines.
  • Knowledge of one or more applicant tracking systems.
  • Computer Skills required: Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint) – intermediate level user proficiency required.
  • Reasoning Skills/Abilities: Advanced level required.
  • Mathematical Skills: basic level proficiency required. 
  • Strong analytical, organizational, problem solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong understanding of the dynamic and responsibility of working in a Human Resources function. 
  • Extensive knowledge of federal and state laws regarding employment practices.
  • Excellent presentation, verbal and written communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong interviewing skills and knowledge of different interviewing techniques. 


Education/Experience:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 7+ years of Full Life Cycle Recruitment experience as an individual contributor 

    OR equivalent combination of applicable education and experience
