  • Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting/Finance.
  • Minimum 5+ years of direct transferable experience in corporate Tax
  • 1-3 years supervisory experience
  • Prior international experience or working in a multicultural environment managing international projects
  • Master’s Degree in Taxation preferred in combination with experience outlined above
  • Certified Public Accountant (CPA) required
  • Language Skills:  English – Advanced level proficiency required, French and/or Spanish preferred
  • Mathematical Skills: Advanced level proficiency required
  • Reasoning Skills/Abilities: Advanced level required
  • Computer Skills:
  • Excel – Advanced level skills required
  • MS Word and PowerPoint – Intermediate user proficiency required
  • Well-versed in ERP systems required (Oracle 12 preferred, ONESOURCE property tax, Corptax, etc.)
  • Strong business acumen/business awareness with solid technical and analytical background
  • Strong attention to detail with good organizational and inter-personal skills
  • Excellent professional written and verbal communication
  • Ability to think creatively and clearly express vision and ideas
  • Ability to analyze data and information and develop workable, compliant and creative solutions
  • Capability to thrive in a fast-paced and highly demanding environment
  • Leadership abilities and skills
  • Minimum travel, travels 0-5% time
