Job Summary:
Manage all technical reviews and inquiries for SGS CBE NAM Pharmaceutical & Cosmetic Personal Care Audits to ensure the quality of the service delivered meets internal, accreditation, and client requirements. Provide support in the management of client complaints, and internal and external findings. 
Work effectively in a team environment with sales, auditors, and client service advisors to provide the highest level of support and responsiveness.

Primary Responsibilities:
  • General review, update, and maintenance to ensure all parties aware of the procedures requirements
  • Level one audit and monitoring, and product qualification review.
  • Technical review and certification decision
  • Technical area qualification and Certification function competence review and approval.
  • New/existing auditor training plan, on boarding, procedures training, calibration
  • Sales support product training
  • Attendance at accreditation audit/visits
  • Education of prospective and current clients, auditors and relevant parties on general QMS and regulatory requirements, and SGS’ processes and services. This would include creation of articles, whitepapers, webinars and technical conference presentations
  • Management of customer feedback, including complaint resolution.
  • Management of resolution of findings from internal and external audits.
Additional Responsibilities:
  • Conduct audits and/or technical information reviews, as required.
  • Training and mentoring Regional Sales Managers, Auditors and Customer Service Advisors to further develop required process and technical expertise.
  • Technical area qualification review and approval.
  • Recruitment - CV review, technical interview
  • May be assigned the management of special/additional projects, as needed.
  • Participates and contributes to the development of educational programs offered to clients.
  • Level Two audits
Education, Required Skills & Competencies:
  • Experience in Pharmaceutical standards i.e. ExCIPACT, EU GMP Pharma, 21 CFR 210, 211 and supporting guidance documents.
  • Knowledge of ISO 17021, IAF and other relevant designation/accreditation requirements, and relevant product sector requirements.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience within pharmaceutical industry with adequate technical experience under various regulations.
  • Minimum of 10 years work experience with 5 years work experience in Quality Assurance / Quality Control Systems.
  • At least 5 years of proven management experience.
  • Experience conducting technical information reviews desirable.
  • Analytical, decisive, adaptable, ethical, problem solver, persuasive, commercially-sensitive, detail oriented.
  • Excellent client and internal communication skills
