YOUR PROFILE
 
Experience
 
  • Previous food industry background- ideally food manufacturing or quality assurance.
  • Practical knowledge of HACCP, Food Safety and BRC.
  • Knowledge of completing on-line retailer specifications.
  • Solid technical background with hands on experience.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Calm and collective under pressure.
  • Use of Microsoft office.
  • Administration tasks.
 
Skills & Knowledge
 
  • Technical competence.
  • Possess excellent spoken and written communication skills.
  • Have the ability to plan and prioritise work effectively.
  • Have good IT skills, including competent use of Microsoft Office applications.
  • Able to maintain good working relationships at all levels.
  • A proactive attitude.
  • A working knowledge of Health and safety in the work place.
 
Qualifications
 
  • Formal Food hygiene/Science Qualification.
  • Intermediate Food Hygiene Certificate.
  • Intermediate HACCP (Level 3).
